		<description>The power cuts are really just annoying for us, most IT companies have some sort of backup UPS or generator ready to go these days anyway. 
Working off your notebook is also an option, and 3G internet still works in a power cut. The main people who seem to suffer are the end users sitting at home looking at the blank pc screen / tv!</description>
